Space to the rear and part of the neighbours’ garden.

Often opportunity isn’t where it first may seem. The client in Bullpond Lane in Dunstable, Beds worked with Burgundy to construct multiple dwellings to the rear of the house in conjunction with the acquisition of part of the neighbours garden, gaining value from their unused land.

THE STRATEGY

Obtain planning permission for the construction of 2 x new dwellings under ‘in-fill’ policy

Resulting in 2 x semi-detached two bedroom houses with parking

Which provided the client with more value than they were expecting.
