Potential for the construction of a new property in place of the existing barns in Flamstead in Herts.
The existing barns were inhabitable so the new construction increased the surrounding properties’ curb appeal, as well as providing a desirable but modest barn style bungalow.
THE STRATEGY
Apply for planning permission for the construction of 1 x modest bungalow
Resulting in 1 x energy efficient detached barn style bungalow
Which tastefully complemented the countryside plot.
