THE OPPORTUNITY

There was space to the side of the existing bungalow in Caddington which allowed for construction of an  additional dwelling meaning the owners could enhance their land and profit from the sale to new neighbours.  Burgundy advised on zoning regulations whilst ensuring that they preserved outdoor space for the client.

THE STRATEGY

Obtain planning permission for the construction of 1 x new bungalow under ‘in-fill’ policy

Resulting in 1 x detached bungalow

Which was marketed to sell and provide value from the land.
