A number of outbuildings situated in a semi-rural location which had planning permission secured for the construction of 2 x new dwellings
THE OPPORTUNITY
Improve the existing planning permission.
These barns in Pepperstock in Herts already had planning permission for two homes. Burgundy Developments managed to increase that to three homes which significantly enhanced how lucrative the land was.
The appeal to the market of a small development of three barn style contemporary homes set in the countryside was a huge opportunity for the client.
