Space to the rear and part of the neighbour's garden.

A semi-detached house situated on a Corner plot that offered an opportunity for infill development of its rear garden

THE STRATEGY

Burgundy acquired the existing house and subsequently made a planning application utilising a part of the neighbouring garden as additional amenity space, for the construction of two new dwellings

THE RESULTS

Planning permission was granted and Burgundy subsequently constructed the two new semi-detached homes which were sold to local people
