Construction of 3 contemporary dwellings
The barns in Pepperstock, Hertfordshire already had planning permission for two new homes. Burgundy’s task was to increase that to three homes, which in turn would significantly enhance the value of the land.
Utilise the existing footprint for which planning had already been obtained and design three alternative dwellings that would blend seamlessly into the local landscape
